Alsi ka tel, or cold-pressed flaxseed oil, comes from organic flaxseed pressed at a low temperature to hold onto the omega-3 fatty acids and lignans that heat tends to break down quickly. Matrika presses this flaxseed oil without solvents or refining, keeping it close to what the raw seed naturally offers.
